You are responsible for reading the following policy before booking your appointment. After booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. Please read it.
HOUSEKEEPING: Come ready to be serviced. That means all extensions, braids, matting/tangles, updo, accessories etc are removed, so that we can get right to the service you reserved. If you have recently come out of braids, you must detangle your hair from root to ends to ensure that its free of the matting in the new growth before you arrive. Theres only enough time for the exact service you booked, so unexpected and unplanned work like detailed detangling will interfere with schedules.
CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are mandatory for first time color applications with me, drastic color switches and corrective color...as well as if you would want an intimate discussion about hair issues or suggestions. If you would like to book a consultation and service simultaneously, please select the main service, and then select Consultation on the Add On list. Please make sure you book all of the services needed, There isn’t a guarantee that you will receive last minute requests during your session if you didn’t reserve the time for it. If you book a Consultation stand alone service PLEASE Be advised; your consultation is to make an assessment to see if you qualify for a service based on hair health. There is a possibility that I would have to make a professional decision to deny a service for the sake of integrity.
COLOR PREP: To prepare for color services, please do not wet hair within 48 hours of your appointment, and come product free (no oil, leave in, gel, cream, mousse, etc.) for a clean palate and best results. New clients who wish to have a color service MUST have a consultation first so that I can perform a patch test and strand test. If you are sure of the vision you want, please upload a photo reference in the Notes section during your booking process, or text the photo to me. Bundles/Tape-Ins/Wig coloring requires a 5 day drop off or request before appointment. Payment due at drop off or at the time of request.

SERVICE CHANGES: Need a service change? Please email or text for any service change requests. Depending on the service time difference, changes aren't guaranteed depending on schedule. Changing services that is booked under a promotion; the new service will not reflect the promotion rate if change is made AFTER the promotion period. If you book an appointment but would like updates on earlier days/times, add your requests and options on the Notes section on the scheduling page or text me.
GRACE PERIOD: Grace period is 10 minutes. After the grace period, and your appointment is cancelled and deposit is forfeited. It is very courteous to text/call about lateness, but the late policy still stands, even if you call or text.Texting/Calling saying that "Im Here" while you're in the parking lot does not count. You must be in the salon before the Grace period is over. The deposit is nontransferable and can not be used for another appointment. You will have to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. If you booked a consultation only, your lateness will cut into the time of your appointment (example: consultations are only 30 minutes. If you come 10 minutes late, you will only have 20 minutes to consult. I can't delay my next guest due to your lateness). SCHEDULING/RESCHEDULING/DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are credited towards services. Rescheduling/canceling links will be at the bottom of your confirmation email that you will automatically receive after booking. Please read it. Rescheduling is encouraged to keep your deposit credit. Rescheduling is welcomed up until 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancelling forfeits your deposit. DO NOT CANCEL UNLESS YOURE OK WITH LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE
